Pebble Path

About us

Pebble Path is a small, independent guide to gentle browser games for children and first-time players. We play every game properly, write in plain English and keep the site free of adverts and trackers.

01What we do

We pick a short list of gentle browser games for children and first-time players and explain them for players in the UK: what you actually do, who each game suits, how long a sensible session lasts, whether there are adverts or accounts, and where to find the official version.

Every game here is free, runs in a browser and has been tried by a grown-up and a child together. We note adverts, accounts and chat clearly, because those matter most to parents.

02Why the name

A pebble path is the gentlest way across a garden: one stone at a time, never too far apart. We wanted a guide that does the same for young and new players, from a first click to making their own games.

03What we are not

We are not a game portal. We do not host or copy any game, and we do not embed games in our pages. Every review sends you to the official site, which is the safest place to play.

04How we stay independent

Nobody pays for a review, a score or a place on our list, and we do not use affiliate links. Running costs are covered by the operator named below.

05Who writes the reviews

The Pebble Path desk is a small group of long-time players, including parents and teachers. Each review is played on a computer and a phone, checked by a second person and dated.
